There a lots of police and soldiers with guns in France.
We have seen many police and soldiers carrying machine guns in the towns we have visited in France. They are trying to keep people safe from terrorist threats.
Room 10 was amazed that you were wandering close to someone with this rifle. They are astonished that it's 'normal over there.Have a lovely time. Cross country for us today so we are all getting ready.
Hi Room 10. I am sure you all did very well with cross country. I was thinking of you all. When we left Paris there were three army trucks full of soldiers arriving at the airport. We wondered what was happening?
Hi Jade I do not know what type of gun they use. I was surprised to see so many police and army men with guns walking around the streets and parks in France. We saw them in smaller towns also.

ReplyDeleteI agree Tim. It was strange to see police with rifles. They usually walk around in threes. Soldiers have even larger guns like machine guns.
